本科论文摘 要随着社会经济的发展,企业间的竞争呈现出透明化的趋势,各项成本也逐渐暴露在市场当中,企业发展较为相似。为了形成差异化优势,企业逐渐注重人力资源的开发与利用,其中员工培训就是人力资源开发的重要手段之一。培训可以提升员工综合价值,从而使企业人力资源整体得到较大提高,并提升企业在日益激烈的市场中的核心竞争力。本文从平安公司员工培训存在的问题角度进行调查和剖析,并对平安公司在员工培训方面存在的一部分问题进行简要描述,以及对产生问题的历史原因,人为因素等进行分析,最后对平安公司有关培训需求、培训理念、培训方法、如何制定培训计划、目标的确立、培训效果的评估及应用等方面提供一定建议。从而优化平安公司员工培训体系,使其人力资源得到较大的提高,最后实现平安公司发展目标。关键词:企业;人力资源;员工培训;平安公司Abstract本科论文The only way to the enterprise to talent showing itself in the fierce competition in the market is fully developed,the scientific management of enterprise human resources,and the most important way of enterprise human resources development is the enterprise staff training.Through training can make the value of human resources is improved ,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.starting with the concept ,purpose and significance of this paper from the enterprise staff training ,to the enterprise at present training situation analysis,discusses some problems of enterprise staff training and the reasons of the problems.In the process of enterprise training,training concept,training needs and goals clear,scientific training plan,build and strengthen the training effcet feedback and evaluation of training methods and countermeasures of high-quality training of teachers.Key word:enterprise;human;resource;staff training;countermeasure;PingAn目 录平安普惠投资咨询有限公司员工培训存在问题与对策研究.....................II本科论文摘 要..................................................................1第...
