本科论文摘 要企业通过招聘提升其人力资源的质量与数量,随着经济全球化进程的推进,市场经济发展迅速,企业以人才为自己所用为目标,对人才的需求量也逐渐增加。通过招聘合适本企业的人才来加强企业自身竞争能力,企业招聘工作是否顺利进行,如何确保招聘渠道的有效性,本文对企业众多招聘渠道的优点缺点进行分析比对,一方面结合当前社会大环境的招聘工作特点以沈阳青源业人力资源管理有限公司为例进行分析研究,运用案例分析方法理论与实践互相结合的方法和文献调查等方法提出如何更好的选择招聘渠道,达到企业招聘工作的有效性,认为沈阳青源业人力资源管理有限公司招聘渠道的选择过于单一,并提出应健全企业招聘渠道选择的指标体系,并且提出改进企业的招聘方案及针对招聘工作的有效性提出建设性的建议,制定人力资源规划和相关的计划进行招聘,使企业的用人需求的多元化得到本质上的满足。另一方面通过“提出问题—分析问题—解决问题”的思维方式,从企业实际情况入手,根据公司空缺职位的需求,选择适合本企业的合适的招聘渠道,为企业招揽更为优秀的人才。关键词:招聘渠道;企业招聘;招聘有效性本科论文AbstractEnterprises improve the quality and quantity of their human resources through recruitment.
