下载后可任意编辑我国企业招聘问题及对策分析我国企业招聘问题及对策分析 浅析企业招聘中存在的问题及对策 宜春学院 经济与管理学院 人力资源管理专业 龚福春 指导老师:邓彦 摘要:21 世纪什么最重要,毫无疑问是人才,社会的进步,经济的进展都离不开人才,对企业来说人才就是其命脉所在,市场的竞争归根到底还是人才的竞争,企业经营战略的各个阶段都必须有合格的人才作为支撑。而企业猎取高素养人才的渠道是招聘,故合理高效的招聘显得尤为重要。本文基于现今企业招聘的现状,分析了现今企业在招聘过程中存在的问题以及对企业今后进展的影响,从招聘的各个环节多角度展开分析论述,参考诸多学者著作和相关前沿学术论文以及本人多次应聘经历,针对企业人才招聘中存在的问题提出了解决方案,为提高企业招聘工作的效率进行了深化的分析,希望能对企业的招聘工作有所帮助。 关键词:人力资源管理 招聘 问题 对策 Abstract:What is the most important in the 21st century, no doubt is the talent, the progress of the society, economic development cannot leave the talents, talents for enterprise is the lifeblood of the market competition in the final analysis is the talent competition, enterprise management strategy of all stages must be qualified personnel as the support.
