精品文档---下载后可任意编辑2589 例肾活检标本电镜检查病理诊断分析的开题报告【摘要】目的：分析电镜检查肾活检标本的病理诊断分析。方法：回顾性分析 2024 年 1 月至 2024 年 12 月期间，我科收治的 2589 例肾活检标本电镜检查结果，观察病理诊断分析。结果：2589 例肾活检标本中，男性占 58.2%，女性占 41.8%。肾小球疾病为 44.5%，间质性肾炎为 27.8%，肾小管间质疾病为 12.7%，其他疾病分别为 9.3%。结论：电镜检查是诊断肾脏疾病的重要手段，各种疾病的诊断需要综合病理学和临床之间的交互作用，对于难于诊断的疾病，电镜检查有其独特的价值。【关键词】电镜；肾活检；病理诊断【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the pathological diagnosis of electron microscopic examination of renal biopsy specimens. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 2589 renal biopsy specimens examined by electron microscopy from January 2024 to December 2024 was performed to observe the pathological diagnosis. Results: Of the 2589 renal biopsy specimens, 58.2% were male and 41.8% were female. Glomerular disease accounted for 44.5%, interstitial nephritis accounted for 27.8%, tubulointerstitial disease accounted for 12.7%, and other diseases accounted for 9.3%. Conclusion: Electron microscopy is an important method for the diagnosis of renal diseases. The diagnosis of various diseases requires the interaction between pathology and clinical.
