The aim of this study is to explore the expression and significance of Cajal interstitial cells and CX43 in the obstruction site of the ureteropelvic junction. This study will use laboratory animal models (rats) and analyze the expression changes of Cajal interstitial cells and CX43 caused by TGF-β1 at different time points and their effects on ureteropelvic junction obstruction through tissue sections, immunofluorescence staining, Western blot and other methods. Hopefully, this study can deepen our understanding of the mechanism of Cajal interstitial cells and CX43, and provide new ideas and strategies for the prevention and treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction.【Keywords】Cajal interstitial cells; CX43; Ureteropelvic junction obstruction
