Ship engines are one of the major sources of NOx emissions in the transportation sector. Therefore, the control of NOx emissions from ship engines has become an important issue. The current method of NOx reduction for ship engines is selective catalytic reduction (SCR) using a catalyst. In this research, we will study the preparation and performance of a catalyst for the selective catalytic reduction of NOx in CE-Sn-W-OxTAS ship engines.Objectives:1. To prepare a CE-Sn-W-OxTAS catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NOx.2. To investigate the effect of preparation conditions on the catalytic activity of the catalyst.3. To explore the reaction mechanism of the catalyst in the selective catalytic reduction of NOx.4. To evaluate the performance of the catalyst in the reduction of NOx emissions from CE-Sn-W-OxTAS ship engines.Methodology:1. Synthesize the CE-Sn-W-OxTAS catalyst using the incipient wetness impregnation method.2. Characterize the catalyst using various techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm analysis.3. Investigate the effect of preparation conditions, including the amount of active components, calcination temperature, and calcination time, on the catalytic activity of the catalyst using a fixed-bed reactor.精品文档---下载后可任意编辑4. Explore the reaction mechanism of the catalyst in the selective catalytic reduction of NOx using in situ Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy.5. Evaluate the performance of the catalyst in the reduction of NOx emissions from CE-Sn-W-OxTAS ship engines using a bench-scale engine testing system.Expected Results:1. The CE-Sn-W-OxTAS catalyst with high catalytic activity will be successfully prepared.2. The catalytic activity of the catalyst will be optimized by adjusting the preparation conditions.3. The mechanism of the catalyst in the selective catalytic reduction of NOx will be elucidated.4. The catalyst will effectively reduce NOx emissions from CE-Sn-W-OxTAS ship engines. Conclusion:The research on the preparation and performance of a CE-Sn-W-OxTAS catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NOx in ship engines is of great significance for the control of ship engine emissions and the protection of the environment. The results of this research will provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development and application of ship engine NOx reduction technology.
