This study aims to explore the role of microRNA in ethanol-induced liver cell oxidative damage and amniotic fluid stem cell hepatic differentiation. 30 volunteers with an average age of 30, half male and half female, and a drinking amount below the daily drinking standard were recruited from a hospital in Henan Province, China. First, an in vitro experiment was used to simulate liver cell oxidative damage, and the expression of microRNA was compared before and after ethanol treatment. Secondly, the extracellular vesicles from amniotic fluid stem cells were used for the treatment of induced liver cells, and the expression of microRNA in the extracellular vesicles and the treatment effect were observed.
