In animals, it plays important biological functions such as participating in immune response and sugar-lipid metabolism. In this report, we aim to construct an animal-tissue specific expression vector for beta-glucosidase using molecular biology techniques, and investigate its expression and gene function.Firstly, we extracted beta-glucosidase gene coding sequence from animal tissues, and obtained the target gene by PCR amplification. Next, we connected the target gene with functional modules, such as promoter, transcriptional termination site, and fluorescent protein, to construct an expression vector. In addition, we isolated and purified the tissue-specific transcription factors for targeted tissue, and fused the TF's DNA sequence with the expression vector's DNA 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑sequence to achieve tissue-specific expression of the expression vector.Lastly, we will use transfection techniques to introduce the designed vectors into the targeted cells, and observe the expression of beta-glucosidase in specific tissues, as well as investigate its impact on cell growth, differentiation and metabolism.
