精品文档---下载后可任意编辑上矢状窦完全闭塞型脑膜瘤完全切除的开题报告【摘要】目的：探讨上矢状窦完全闭塞型脑膜瘤完全切除的手术方法和效果。方法：通过回顾性分析我院 2024 年 1 月至 2024 年 12 月收治的 6例上矢状窦完全闭塞型脑膜瘤患者的临床资料，总结手术经验。结果：6 例患者年龄在 30~57 岁之间，其中男性 4 例，女性 2 例。均为单侧额叶占位，术中均发现上矢状窦完全闭塞。手术中切除了脑膜瘤并进行了上矢状窦开放手术。术后均恢复良好，随访 6 个月至 2 年，未发现复发及并发症。结论：上矢状窦完全闭塞型脑膜瘤完全切除具有较高的手术难度和风险，需要有经验的专业医生进行操作，但手术效果良好，预后较为乐观。【关键词】上矢状窦闭塞；脑膜瘤；手术治疗【Abstract】Objective: To explore the surgical method and effect of complete resection of superior sagittal sinus completely occluded meningioma.Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 6 patients with superior sagittal sinus completely occluded meningioma admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024, and summarize surgical experience.Results: The ages of the 6 patients were between 30 and 57 years old, including 4 males and 2 females. All were unilateral frontal lobe masses, and complete occlusion of superior sagittal sinus was found during the operation. The meningioma was removed during the operation, and superior sagittal sinus opening surgery was performed.
