精品文档---下载后可任意编辑伽玛刀治疗垂体腺瘤患者视功能变化及预后相关因素分析的开题报告【摘要】目的：评价伽玛刀治疗垂体腺瘤患者视功能变化及预后，探讨相关影响因素。方法：收集伽玛刀治疗垂体腺瘤的患者资料，包括视力、视野、视神经压迫情况等指标，分析治疗前后的变化情况，并探讨治疗后的预后因素。结果：据资料分析，伽玛刀治疗垂体腺瘤患者后可显著改善视力和视野，同时可有效缓解视神经压迫症状。治疗前的视功能和视神经受压情况是影响预后的主要因素。结论：伽玛刀治疗垂体腺瘤患者视功能变化和预后较好，但治疗前的指标对预后影响较大，需要在治疗前进行全面评估，以确定最佳治疗方案。【关键词】伽玛刀治疗、垂体腺瘤、视功能变化、预后、影响因素【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the changes in visual function and prognosis of patients with pituitary adenoma treated with gamma knife, and to explore the related influencing factors.Methods: Collect the data of patients with pituitary adenoma treated with gamma knife, including visual acuity, visual field, and optic nerve compression, analyze the changes before and after treatment, and explore the prognostic factors after treatment.Results: According to the data analysis, gamma knife treatment of patients with pituitary adenoma can significantly improve visual acuity and visual field, and can effectively relieve symptoms of optic nerve compression.
