精品文档---下载后可任意编辑先天性感音聋幼儿的内耳形态学讨论及听觉传导通路的 DTI 评估的开题报告【摘要】背景:先天性感音聋是全球公共卫生问题之一,但其病因及发病机制仍不完全清楚。内耳结构及听觉传导通路异常是常见原因之一。目的:本讨论旨在探讨先天性感音聋幼儿内耳形态学变化及听觉传导通路的 DTI 评估结果,为该病的早期诊断及治疗提供依据。方法:纳入 20 例先天性感音聋幼儿及 20 例正常对比幼儿,采纳高分辨 CT 扫描及 DTI 技术进行内耳形态学及听觉传导通路评估。比较两组幼儿内耳结构差异并分析其相关性。结果:先天性感音聋幼儿与正常对比幼儿相比,其内耳结构存在明显异常:包括内淋巴腔积液、前庭及半规管发育异常等。DTI 评估结果显示,先天性感音聋幼儿听觉传导通路存在明显异常,白质纤维束的 FA 值显著降低。结论:先天性感音聋幼儿内耳结构及听觉传导通路存在异常,可能导致听觉传导受阻甚至耳蜗萎缩。本讨论结果可为该病的早期诊断及治疗提供重要依据。【关键词】先天性感音聋;内耳结构;听觉传导通路;DTI【Abstract】Background: Congenital sensorineural hearing loss is a global public health issue, but its etiology and pathogenesis are not fully understood. Abnormalities in inner ear structure and auditory pathways are common causes.Objective: This study aims to investigate the changes in inner ear morphology and the DTI evaluation results of auditory conduction pathways in congenital sensorineural hearing loss infants, and provide a basis for early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods: A total of 20 infants with congenital sensorineural hearing loss and 20 normal control infants were included, and high-resolution CT scanning and DTI technology were used for inner ear morphology and auditory conduction pathway evaluation.
