The aim of this study is to investigate the residue dissipation dynamics of avermectin and chlorpyrifos in cabbage and soil, as well as the photolytic properties of avermectin. The residue dissipation dynamics of avermectin and chlorpyrifos in different treatments of soil and cabbage were determined by experiments. The results showed that the disappearance of avermectin and chlorpyrifos in soil followed first-order kinetics, while in cabbage, it followed a hyperbolic model. In addition, the photolytic kinetics of avermectin were also studied, and the results showed that the photodegradation rate increased with the increase of pH value, and was also affected by temperature and light intensity. This study has important scientific significance and application value for a deeper understanding of the residue dissipation patterns of avermectin and chlorpyrifos and the photolytic properties of avermectin.Keywords: avermectin; chlorpyrifos; cabbage; soil; residue; photolysis
