First, rat hind paw was cut by surgery, and after a few days of recovery, rats were randomly divided into two groups. One group received intrathecal injection of anti-BDNF, while the other group received saline injection. The pain sensitivity of each group of rats was detected by pain tester, including mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia. The results showed that the performance of rats treated with anti-BDNF was improved in both mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia tests, indicating that anti-BDNF could relieve the pain caused by hind paw cutting in rats. The results of this study suggest that anti-BDNF may be an effective treatment for cut-induced pain in rat hind paw.【Keywords】intrathecal injection;anti-BDNF;rat;cut-induced pain
