精品文档---下载后可任意编辑骨髓基质干细胞表达小鼠白介素-18 治疗大鼠脑胶质瘤的实验讨论的开题报告摘要脑胶质瘤是一种高度恶性的脑肿瘤,常常导致患者死亡。目前,传统的治疗方法效果不佳,因此需要开发新的治疗方法。本讨论旨在探讨骨髓基质干细胞表达小鼠白介素-18 治疗大鼠脑胶质瘤的治疗效果及其作用机制。本讨论将采纳体外培育的骨髓基质干细胞,利用实时荧光定量 PCR 和 Western blot 等分子生物学技术检测细胞中白介素-18 的表达情况。体内实验中,通过大鼠脑胶质瘤模型的建立,注射骨髓基质干细胞治疗,并进行小鼠 IL-18 的检测。最后,利用 MRI 等成像学技术分析治疗效果,并探讨小鼠 IL-18 在治疗过程中的作用机制。估计通过本讨论,能够为脑胶质瘤的治疗提供新的思路和方法。关键词:骨髓基质干细胞;白介素-18;脑胶质瘤;治疗;作用机制AbstractGlioblastoma is a highly malignant brain tumor that often leads to patient death. Currently, traditional treatment methods have poor efficacy, so new treatment methods need to be developed. The aim of this study is to explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of bone marrow stromal stem cells expressing mouse interleukin-18 in the treatment of rat glioblastoma. In this study, bone marrow stromal stem cells cultured in vitro will be used, and molecular biology techniques such as real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot will be used to detect the expression of interleukin-18 in cells. In the in vivo experiment, the rat glioblastoma model will be established, bone marrow stromal stem cells will be injected for treatment, and mouse IL-18 will be detected. Finally, imaging techniques such as MRI will be used to analyze the efficacy of the treatment, and the mechanism of mouse IL-18 in the treatment process will be explored.
