This study aims to explore the effects of hypertension on rat arterial aneurysm models and the effectiveness of a novel spring coil embolization therapy. A homemade spring coil embolization device was used to prepare arterial aneurysm models in rats, and pharmacological, pathological, and biochemical methods were used to observe the effects of hypertension and embolization therapy on the formation, growth, and apoptosis of rat arterial aneurysms. The results of this study are expected to help better understand the relationship between hypertension and aneurysm formation, and explore the feasibility of a novel treatment approach.Keywords: hypertension; arterial aneurysm; spring coil embolization therapy; rat; biological effects.
