精品文档---下载后可任意编辑黄精多糖对 AD 大鼠学习记忆能力和海马细胞凋亡的影响的开题报告【摘要】阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种神经退行性疾病,以认知障碍、记忆退化和行为异常为主要特征。黄精多糖是从传统中药黄精中提取的多糖,被认为具有多种生物活性。本实验旨在探究黄精多糖对 AD 大鼠学习记忆能力和海马细胞凋亡的影响。本实验将 AD 大鼠随机分为对比组、AD 组、低剂量黄精多糖组、高剂量黄精多糖组。通过 Morris 水迷宫和 Y 型迷宫评估大鼠的学习记忆能力。同时,采纳免疫荧光染色和 HE 染色评价 AD大鼠海马区细胞凋亡情况。结果显示,与 AD 组相比,低剂量黄精多糖组和高剂量黄精多糖组的大鼠对 Morris 水迷宫和 Y 型迷宫的学习记忆能力均有所增加(P<0.05)。同时,低剂量和高剂量黄精多糖组的大鼠海马区凋亡细胞数量明显降低(P<0.05)。因此,黄精多糖可通过促进学习记忆和减少细胞凋亡来改善 AD 大鼠的神经功能。【关键词】黄精多糖;阿尔茨海默病;学习记忆;细胞凋亡;大鼠【Abstract】Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by cognitive impairment, memory degradation and behavioral abnormalities. Huangjing polysaccharide is a polysaccharide extracted from traditional Chinese medicine Huangjing, which is believed to have various biological activities. This experiment aims to explore the effects of Huangjing polysaccharide on learning and memory abilities and hippocampal cell apoptosis in AD rats. AD rats were randomly divided into control group, AD group, low-dose Huangjing polysaccharide group and high-dose Huangjing polysaccharide group. The learning and memory abilities of rats were evaluated by Morris water maze and Y-maze. The apoptotic cells in the hippocampal region of AD rats were evaluated by immunofluorescence staining and HE staining. The results showed that compared with the AD group, the learning and memory abilities of the rats in the low-dose Huangjing polysaccharide group and the high-dose Huangjing polysaccharide group were increased (P<0.05) in Morris water maze and Y-maze.
