远程医疗学院：信息工程学院班级：11 级信工(二）班姓名:学号：构建居家老年健康管理系统的可行性讨论【摘要】随着社会老龄化速度加快，使得传统的医药服务模式受到了极大的挑战，同时也为新兴的居家健康管理制造了开阔的进展前景。然而，现行远程医疗的进展和配套政策的限制，使得居家健康管理系统的构建和整合的效果并不显著.本文主要探讨老年居家健康管理系统的内涵及内容，分析当前居家健康管理系统进展的现实意义,论证这一系统构建的可行性以及推动居家健康管理系统的进展,从而降低医疗成本，加强对自身健康状况的了解以及促进积极持续的自我健康管理.【关键词】居家健康管理;老年人；慢性病；物联网；远程医疗【Abstract】With accerleration of aging process of population，a severe challenge has been posed to our nation's tranditional health care service mode. Meanwhile，tele-home health management industry is floursing。Due to the limitation of tele—medicine development and supporting policies,however，effect of integration and construction of tele-health management system for the elderly is not satisfactory。 Here we probe into intension of tele—home health management system for the elderly, analyze the significance of its development， and demonstrate the feasibility to construct this system, with a purpose to promote the development of tele—home health management service and reduce general cost of healthcare, to deepen the understanding of personal health condition and promote positive and persistent health self—management.【key words】tele-home health management； the elderly； chronic diesaes； Internet of things； tele—medicine 21 世纪是人口老龄化时代，估计 2025 年,我国 60 岁以上的老年人将达到 2。9 亿人，约占总人口的 1/5.人口持续老龄化使得慢性病的发病率和患病率上升，社会和个体医疗成本增加，患者的生活质量下降，给我国卫生系统带来严峻挑战［1]。面对严峻的老年慢性病发病率高的现状，我国已经将高血压。脑卒中。心脏病、糖尿病确定为慢性疾病控制重点,期望通过疾病管理和健康管理等干预...
