浅谈缓解交叉口拥堵的对策

浅析缓解交叉口拥堵的措施摘要：随着我国城市交通量的不断增长，城市道路交叉口交通压力也越来越大，交叉口的冲突问题成为影响交通拥堵的根本要素.本文阐述了交叉口混合交通流的特征,及行人、非机动车以及机动车之间相互干扰的状况。通过对这些行为的分析，相应的简述了一些缓减交通拥堵的措施。关键词：交叉路口;交通拥堵；行人;非机动车；机动车Abstract: With the development of the vehicles ， urban intersections have become more and more congestive and the problems of the intersection are the ultimately element which affect the traffic jam. In this paper， the characters of the intersection and the conflict of vehicles， non—vehicles and pedestrians at intersection are analyzed, and then the principal measures of the traffic alleviation of urban intersection are put forward。Key words： intersection； the traffic jam； pedestrian； non-vehicles; vehicles道路交叉口是道路网的重要组成部分，各向道路在交叉口相互联结而构成路网,以沟通各向交通的需要.相交与道路上的各种车辆及行人都要在交叉口汇合、转向、通过。目前,我国自行车拥有量为 4 亿 8000 万辆，占全球总量的 48％。同时我国汽车保有量达到 5356万辆，其中私人汽车达 3239 万辆。因此，不可避开的在机动车与非机动车、机动车与机动车、机动车和过街行人之间，产生许多冲突点，从而造成交叉口的拥挤，使其成为城市道路网中的“瓶颈”.因此可知，道路平面交叉口是道路交通发生矛盾的集中点,各交通流的相互干扰严重，交通特别复杂。正确分析各交通流相互干扰状况,并提出适当的解决措施具有重要的意义。一、交叉口的交通流状况交叉口的交通流，是指道路上一定数量的车辆、行人运动时所形成的一种路状现象，它包括非机动车流、机动车流和人流。交叉口的交通特性如下：1）平面交叉口交通流量大，密度大.交叉口是车辆行人转换和进行路网调整的交织点，因而需要经过的交通量和行人流量大，交通密度高于一般路段。2)平面交叉口的冲突点、交织点多.各种车辆、行人在交叉口汇合、分散,各种干扰因素多,形成很多冲突点、交织点，又以左转弯车辆对交通的影响最大。3）混合交通干扰和交通密度的不平衡性.目前，平面交叉口采纳信号灯将不同的交通流进行时间分离，...
