浅谈柔韧性在舞蹈教学中的作用

摘 要舞蹈艺术具有其他艺术不可比拟的形体美，舞者惜用形体展示，以肢体的语言方式引寓舞蹈的内涵，通过表达舞者的内心世界和情感，感动观众，与之产生共鸣。柔韧性是舞蹈教学中的一个重要因素，也是成为一个好的舞蹈演员的一个重要条件【 4 】 。 柔韧性是舞蹈教学中非常重要的一环，直接影响了舞蹈动作是否能够到位，是否准确的传达出了舞蹈所要表达的内容，以及舞蹈动作的灵活性、优美性、舒展性和观赏性。所以在舞蹈教学的基本功训练中，提高体能的同时更加应该注重柔韧性的作用。关键词：柔韧性训练；舞蹈教学；拉伸练习；咸阳师范学院 2017 届本科毕业毕业论文 AbstractThe art of dance has the beauty of other art can not be compared, but with the body show dancers, meaning with body language approach combining dance, the dancer's inner world and emotional expression, moved the audience resonate with them.
