弱势群体人力资源管理问题研究摘要:近年来,我国经济和社会发展水平不断提高,但是与此同时我国的社会结构也出现了多个社会阶层,这种社会阶层的划分使有限的社会资源占有变得极不均匀,不均衡并且阶层之间差距逐渐扩大,两极分化严重,由此出现了弱势群体的这一概念,而现在的社会稳定与社会的发展严重受到了弱势群体这一重要因素的影响
所以,现在的重中之重是要研究出解决弱势群体问题的方法,加强对弱势群体人力资源管理这一任务实施的力度
