本文选用福建省茶叶籽作为试验原料,借助超声波清洗机辅助乙醇溶液来提取茶叶籽油进行试验。选取单因素实验研究的方法研究超声波清洗机功率、超声波提取时间、超声波提取温度、料液比和乙醇质量分数这几个方面对茶叶籽出油率的影响。并且通过正交实验优化以获得茶叶籽油提取的最佳工艺。结果表明:当茶叶籽粉碎粒径为 20 目,乙醇质量分数为 80%时,按照料液比为 1:14的比例加入物料,设定超声波清洗机的温度为 70 ℃和超声波功率为 315 W 的情况下进行超声波提取,提取 100 min 后,再经处理所获得的茶叶籽毛油的得率可达到 26.13%,测得其过氧化值约为 0.052 mmol/kg。关键词:茶叶籽油;超声波;乙醇;提取AbstractIn this paper, the tea seed of Fujian Province was selected as the experimental raw material, and the tea seed oil was extracted by ultrasonic cleaning machine with the aid of ethanol solution. The effects of ultrasonic washing machine power, ultrasonic extraction time, ultrasonic extraction temperature, feed-liquid ratio and ethanol mass fraction on oil yield of tea seeds were studied. The optimum extraction technology of tea seed oil was obtained by orthogonal experiment. As a result, when the grain size of tea seeds was 20 mesh and the mass fraction of ethanol was 80%, the temperature of ultrasonic cleaning machine was set to 70 and super according to the ratio of material to℃℃ liquid to 1:14 When the sound wave power was 315 W, ultrasonic extraction was carried out.
