北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文摘 要我国的建筑市场正在快速地发展，现如今绝大多数的工程项目选择采用 EPC 模式发展。在面对建筑行业激烈的竞争的情况下，总承包企业的关键就是控制好造价，这关系到作为承包商的总承包企业是否可以在建筑行业立足和更好地发展。那么，怎么在确保工程质量的条件下，更有效的控制成本、降低工程造价，从而使得 EPC 项目的利润最大化则成为各个总承包企业最关注的焦点。因此，运用技术与经济分析对工程项目进行成本控制则不仅是我们的首要选择，也是最有效的途径。本文采用理论与实践相结合的研究方法，在阐述技术与经济分析及 EPC 项目的理论基础上，探究对工程项目进行技术与经济分析的作用和必要性。其次，运用对 EPC项目进行技术与经济分析的方法对实际案例进行分析，突显进行技术与经济分析的意义，为日后的研究提供参考。关键词：EPC 项目 技术与经济分析 意义 方法I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractChina's construction market is developing rapidly, and nowadays most engineering projects choose to use the EPC model for development.
