角色游戏情境下幼儿同伴交往策略的培养

摘 要同伴交往策略是幼儿在同伴交往过程中的必要手段，是幼儿表达自己意愿和行为目的的方式，良好的同伴交往策略有助于幼儿同伴交往能力的提升，有助于建立良好的同伴关系。而角色游戏恰恰为幼儿同伴交往提供了平台，帮助幼儿克服自我中心，提高同伴交往技巧，为幼儿同伴之间的良好交往做铺垫。本论文通过文献法搜集了大量的有关角色游戏情境下培养幼儿同伴交往策略的文献资料，并对咸阳市某幼儿园幼儿角色游戏进行了观察,以英国学者的认知理论为参考，联系观察结果和访谈结果整理大部分幼儿同伴交往策略存在的问题以及影响因素，针对问题提出有建设性的可行意见，为幼儿教师提供可操作性培养方案。关键词：角色游戏；同伴交往策略；幼儿AbstractPeer interaction strategy is the necessary means in the process of children's peer interaction, is the way children express their will and purpose behavior, peer communication strategies can help you to ability of the children's peer interaction, helps to build up good relationship with peers.
