摘 要随着时代的发展,国与国之间的竞争愈加激烈,国家间不仅存在着军事、政治等方面的竞争,教育、人才等方面的“软实力”的比拼也越发突出。我们要清醒地意识到,文化是一个民族立足于世界之林的根基,始终要把“科教兴国”作为我国发展的一项重要战略。教师尤其是班主任作为教师队伍中的一个特殊群体,他们专业素养的高低程度,更值得我们关注与研究。本篇文章从班主任应具备的专业道德、专业知识、专业能力、专业情意四个方面出发,总结分析了我国小学班主任专业素养的现状,通过问卷调查的方式,我们得出,目前国内小学班主任及师范生对班主任这一岗位的认同感不是很高,并且对小学班主任专业素养的完成程度也有待提高。所以,有关小学班主任专业素养的调查研究一方面对他们的工作提供理论基础和实践经验,另一方面对于促进小学班主任专业素养的发展具有十分重要的意义。关键词:小学班主任;专业素养AbstractWith the development of the times, the competition between countries is becoming more and more intense, and there is not only the competition of "soft power" in military, political and other aspects of competition, education and talent.
