护理干预对儿童静脉输液的心理变化的影响 【关键词】 护理 摘要：目的：探讨儿童静脉输液的心理情况及采纳相应护理干预对其的影响。方法：观察 386 例儿童在行静脉输液时的心理情况，根据不同的心理反应类型进行相应的护理干预。结果：全部儿童在行静脉输液时均出现不同程度的心理反应，在合理的护理干预下均能配合治疗，临床效果满意。结论：相应的护理干预能影响儿童静脉输液的心理反应，并可提高患儿配合输液治疗的成功率。 关键词：静脉输液；儿童；心理护理 The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Children’s Psychochanges in Venotransfusing Abstract：Objective： To discuss children’s psychocondition when venotransfusing and the effect of using corresponding nursing intervention on it. Metheod： Oberserving 386 cases of childern’s psychocondition when venotransfusing, then according to different tipes of psychoresponse to perform corresponding nursing intervention. Result： All the children present different degrees of psychoresponse when venotransfusing. They can match with therapy under the reasonable nursing intervention. The clinical effect is satisfactory. Conclusion： The corresponding nursing intervention can affect children’s psychoresponse when venotransfusing, and get the better of the success rate of children’s matching with transfusing therapy. Key words：Venotransfuse；Children；Psychonursing 小儿静脉穿刺是门诊静脉注射室中的一种常见的治疗方法，也是护理操作的一项基本功。因为小儿心智发育不成熟，因而小儿静脉输液与成人相比有所不同，如处理不好，可能使小儿静脉穿刺成功率大大下降。为了提高穿刺成功率，我们通过观察386 例儿童对静脉输液时的心理反应，并实行相应的护理干预取得较为满意的临床效果，现报告如下。 1 材料与方法 对象：本讨论的对象均为 2025 年 1 月至2025 年 3 月在我院门诊输液室行静脉输液的患者，年龄为 5 月～14 岁的患儿 386 例，均为首次进行静脉注射的儿童。静脉输液穿刺均为第一作者操作。 试验方法：通过询问家长儿童平常表现和行为特征，同时又根据儿童接受治疗时的面部表情...
