大学生人际关系、成就动机与职业成熟度的相关研究摘 要本研究以某学院大一至大四学生为被试，采用大学生人际关系、成就动机和职业成熟度问卷为研究工具，随机抽取 300 名大学生进行问卷调查。从性别、年级、专业、生源地和是否独生子女这五个方面做了差异性检验，此检验涉及大学生人际关系、成就动机和职业成熟度三个变量，并在这个基础上分析了它们之间的相互关系，得出如下结论：（1）大学生职业成熟度在专业、生源地和是否独生子女上不存在显著差异；在性别、年级上存在显著差异。 （2）大学生的人际关系处于中等偏上水平；大学生总体人际关系及其各个维度与大学生职业成熟度部分维度呈显著性相关关系。（3）大学生的整体成就动机水平偏高；大学生追求成功和避免失败这两个维度与大学生职业成熟度的部分维度呈显著性相关关系。【关键词】 人际关系 成就动机 职业成熟度A Study on interpersonal relationship, achievement motivation And career maturity of College StudentsAbstract This study in a college freshman to senior students as the subjects, the college students' interpersonal relationships, achievement motivation and career maturity questionnaire as research tools, a random sample questionnaire survey to 300 college students.
