大学生主观幸福感及其与成就动机、自我效能感的关系研究摘 要本研究采用总体幸福感量表、成就动机量表、自我效能感量表对 261 名大学生进行问卷调查,研究大学生主观幸福感的现状及其与成就动机、自我效能感之间的关系,根据统计结果发现:(1)大学生总体的主观幸福感处于中等偏上,并存在显著的年级差异,具体表现为:在松驰或紧张因子上,大一和大三学生的得分显著高于大四学生;在情感与行为控制因子上,大一学生的得分显著高于大四学生。(2)大学生总体成就动机高于平均数,整体成就动机较高。大学生自我效能感总体水平较低。(3)大学生的主观幸福感与成就动机、自我效能感之间呈显著正相关。成就动机越高、自我效能感越高,其主观幸福感越高。【关键词】 大学生;主观幸福感;成就动机;自我效能感Subjective well-being of college students and its relationship with achievement motivation and self efficacy AbstractIn this study, 261 college students were surveyed using the overall well-being scale, achievement motivation scale and self-efficacy scale, and the relationship between subjective well-being and achievement motivation and self-efficacy was studied. turn out:( 1 ) The college students' overall sense of well-being is in average, and there were significant grade differences, embodied in: on the relaxation factor or nervous, freshman and junior students scored significantly higher than that of senior students;On the emotional and behavioral control factor, significantly higher freshman college seniors.( 2 ) The overall achievement motivation of college students is higher than the average, and the overall achievement motivation is higher.
