In this long period of time, the Chinese inherited the experience and wisdom of their ancestors, continued to develop and innovate. As they had many remarkable achievements, it was well- known as the Golden Age of Tang dynasty. Since the pre-Qin period, salary system in China started from Shiyi system to the system of land property and then mixed property through the system. After various dynasties constantly evolving, the salary system ultimately became perfected. But we have to say that the salary system development in the Tang Dynasty is an important milestone in the salary system development history. It connects the past to the future, leaving an indelible mark in the history of the salary system in China.
