This design is based on Siemens S7-300 programmable controller, the programming design of smelting anode assembly process automatic control system of PLC control. The system is mainly aimed at pallet car motor control and orbit control, the process is the collection machine, electricity, liquid, gas in one of the large automated processing equipment. System is mainly composed of mechanical part of the motor, oil heater, hydraulic station, belt conveyor, mobile car motor and control of the software part of the system. Through the control system of main circuit, control circuit design and parameter calculation, the initial control system complete electrical principle diagram and flowchart.
