宜 阳 某 企 业 年 产 7 万 吨 甲 醇 生 产 废 水处 理 工 艺 设 计摘 要分析骏马化工甲醇废水的来源、特点、危害及该类废水处理常规工艺和应用现状;并以它为讨论对象,选择采纳“预处理-SBR”工艺处理甲醇生产废水。该工艺是以碱性氯化和空气氧化的预处理系统控制废水中的有毒氰化物和硫化氢浓度,以SBR 系统为核心处理工艺,对COD、氨氮等污染物的去除效果稳定,去除率约为90% ,出水水质符合国家污水综合排放标准中的一级标准要求,是可行的甲醇生产废水处理工艺。由于甲醇生产废水中的BOD5/NH3-N较低,因此应设置甲醇投加装置,既可以解决碳源不足的这个问题,又可使生产废料得到充分的利用,提高了工程经济效益,同时需投加适量的FeCl3,用来防止污泥膨胀现象的发生,且保证系统运行效果。关键词:SBR ,预处理,碱性氯化法,甲醇废水英 文 题 目ABSTRACTAnalysis steed chemical methanol wastewater source, characteristics, harm and the class of conventional wastewater treatment process and the application present situation; And take it as the research object, choose to adopt pretreatment-SBR process of methanol production wastewater treatment.
