摘要现在,我国大多数污水处理控制系统自动化水平不高、安全性低、管理不妥,效率普遍低于世界标准。污水处理系统中曝气过程控制、数据通讯和监控管理是急需处理主要问题:中国污水处理自控系统相对落后,污水处理成本居高不下,污水厂排放处理过污水水质不稳定,所以如伺建立有效自控系统、优化运行效果、降低运行费用,具备主要意义。本文介绍了工厂污水处理基本工艺和流程,并经过研宄设计一套基于 PLC 控制污水处理系统。文章首先介绍 PLC 在污水处理控制系统工艺及相关流程,控制系统硬件结构及设计、工作原理以及设计 P 江控制系统基本标准和步骤,来说明 PLC 在污水处理过程中应用。先依照污水处理要求设计了设备电器控制与自动控制线路,主要包含设备启停,状态信号、故障信号、和信号采集等,最终根据工艺要求设计 PLC 控制系统,其中包含 PLC 选型、系统资源配置以及根据污水处理工艺编制 PLC 程序。关键词:污水处理 PLC 工艺流程AbstractAt present, the majority of our sewage treatment control system automation level is not high, low security, mismanagement, effciency is generally lower than the world standardSewage treatment system in the aeration process control, data communications and monit01ing and management are the main issues that need to be resolved China sewage treatment automatic control system is relatively backward, the high cost of sewage treatment, sewage plant's treated effluent quality of instability, how to establish effective automatic control system to optimize the operating results, and reduce operating costs is of great significance.Tais paper introduces the basic techniques and processes of plant sewage treatment, and a sewage treatment system based on PLC control study design.
