论零成本管理在公路工程建设中的应用论零成本管理在公路工程建设中的应用 摘要：随着现代经济的进展，高速公路建设成本增高与业主控制投标价越来越严的矛盾越来越突出，施工单位的利润空间进一步缩小。如何在保证工程质量的前提下，取得预期的利润，这对现今从事项目建设管理的负责人提出了严峻考验。笔者作为汉鄂高速公路交通安全设施建设项目的技术负责人，有幸在该项目上初步应用了“零成本”管理理念，取得了比较好的管理效果。 关键词：工程建设；项目管理；零成本 Abstract: with the development of modern economy, the highway construction cost increases with the owner to control the price more and more severe contradictions increasingly prominent, the construction unit of the profit margin narrowed.
