厂拌冷再生泡沫沥青施工工艺及质量控制厂拌冷再生泡沫沥青施工工艺及质量控制 摘要：泡沫沥青不是一种新的沥青胶结料，而是一种新技术应用所带来的产物。泡沫沥青与其他稳定剂相比，优点表现为：（1）增加材料的剪切强度和水稳定性，这类混合料较水泥处治粒料更有柔性、耐疲劳；（2）泡沫沥青处治应用广泛（包括压碎石料、淤泥质砂、矿渣尾料和废旧沥青混合料等）；（3）节约能源，仅需加热沥青，集料不需加热和烘干；（4）存放时间较长（一般可放 1～3个月）；（5）施工受季节和气候影响小。因此，泡沫沥青在国内公路工程上的具有较大的应用价值。本文根据天津市外环线维修工程第四合同段的实际经验，就如何改善泡沫沥青施工工艺及质量控制进行简单论述。 关键词：施工工艺 ， 质量控制 Abstract: bubble asphalt is not a new asphalt cementing material, but a new technology application brought about by the product. Therefore, the bubble in the domestic highway asphalt of engineering it has great practical value. In this paper, according to the outer ring of tianjin maintenance contract section 4 of practical experience, how to improve foam asphalt construction technology and the quality control for the simple discusses.
