建材门窗管理制度建材市场管理制度一、总则·································································································2二、市场准入管理制度··········································································2三、经营管理活动场内公示制度··························································2四、装修施工管理规定··········································································3五、消防管理规定·················································································4六、广告、张贴物、宣传单及商家促销活动管理·······························4七、消防与安全·····················································································5第1页共5页八、环境清洁·························································································5九、附则·································································································6一、总则1、为了保证本小区持续健康的发展,树立良好的品牌及信誉,不断地提高服务质量,根据本小区的实际,特制定本管理手册。2、所有商家应依法自行申请合法营业许可证,并不得置放各种危险易燃物、爆裂物、恶臭物及危害本商场公共安全、公共卫生的物品。3、所有商家经营期间应顾及本商场整体商誉,遵守政府相关法令法规,不得贩售、经营、赠送违禁品、仿冒品、劣质品或侵权的商品;不得恶性竞价、欺骗消费者、违反公平交易原则。二、市场准入管理制度1、在市场经营中,应该做到遵纪守法、文明经商,服从市场管理,维护市场秩序。2、经营者必须先办理入场登记,服从市场安排,办妥营业执照等有关证、照后,在指定地点亮照经营,严禁无照经营。3、在经营时要明码标价、诚实经商和公平竞争。4、各种车辆应当在指定区域有序停放。5、市场内实行经营与住宿相分离。三、经营管理活动场内公示制度1、场内经营者违法经营行为和处理结果。2、场内经营者获得有关部门的表彰奖励。3、食用农产品交易市场进场交易收费标准。第2页共5页4、市场所辖地工商、卫生、质监和消协的申诉、投诉电话和地址。5、公示内容作为经营者的诚信记录载入市场管理档案。四、装修施工管理规定1、商家签定租赁合同后,需装修或商家再装修时,根据商场要求首先要提出装修方案,经商场管理部批准,正式办理装修许可后,方可入场装修。2、装修流程:签定租赁合同——→提交装修方案——→与商场管理部办理装修许可证——→交纳装修押金——→管理部同意挂牌装修——→商家按规定装修——→管理部相关人员现场监督——→装修完毕由商家和管理人员在装修检查表上签字确认符合装修规定——→退还装修押金。3、文明施工、确保商铺正常经营。(1)施工中,不能出摊占道阻碍通行。(2)施工期间每天清扫公共场地和施工现场。(3)严禁在营业时间内进行强噪音、释放强烈刺鼻性气味、浓烟、粉尘的施工,该项施工只能在加班时间内进行。(4)量大的装修材料应选择在非营业时间进场,若确需在营业时间内运材料入场,只能走旁边的楼梯,不得走场内扶梯。4、其它事项:3(1)施工只能按审定装修方案进行,不得随意更改...
