员工留用计划EmployeeRetentionPlan1.目的Purpose鼓励员工长期服务,进一步提高员工的工作热情,为公司发展提供一个稳定的人力资源平台。TheEmployeeRetentionPlanistoencouragethelongtermservice,toretainthequalifiedemployees,andtoensureastableHumanResourcesbaseforcompanydevelopment.2.范围Scope2.1适用于XXX所有在境内聘用的总经理以下的正式间接员工。ApplytoallregularIDLhiredbyXXXCo.,LtdinChinaexceptGeneralManager.2.2员工自在公司工作满2年起可享受留用奖金。EmployeeisentitledtotheretentionbonusaftertwofullyearsserviceatXXXCo.Ltd.3.管理方法/步骤ManagingMethods/Steps3.1留用奖金将在每年年末进行发放。Theretentionbonuswillbeappliedattheyearend.3.2凡在当年度12月31日前工作满2年的员工，将在年末开始获得留用奖金。ForthosewhofulfilltwoyearsservicebeforeDec.31st,theretentionbonuswillbeappliedattheendofthatyear.3.3员工的年资计算以加入XXX之日起，若有从直接员工转入间接员工者，从转入之日起计算。Employee’ssenioritywillbecalculatedfromthejoindate.IfoneEmployeetransferredfromDLtoIDL,his/hersenioritywillbecalculatedfromthetransferreddate.3.4员工在其留用奖金发放之前因任何原因离开公司，均不再享受此奖金，但已获得奖金不予扣回。Employeeisnotentitledtohavetheretentionbonusifhe/sheleavesthecompanybeforethebonusapplieddateforwhateverreason,butthebonusgotbeforewillnotbededucted.4.具体留用方案DetailedPlan4.1员工留用基金操作方法WaysofOperation4.1.1员工自加入公司起，每年公司将按其年薪的10%计入其个人留用奖金帐户。此处年薪指：该员工12个月的税前基本工资总额。Startfromthefirstyear,companywillcalculate10%ofemployee’sannualsalaryintohis/herpersonalretentionbonusaccount.AnnualSalarymeansthetotalamountofhis/herpast12monthsbasicsalary.4.1.2员工自在公司服务满2年起，可以按比例提取个人帐户中的留用奖金，提取比例参照下表。Aftertwo-yearsworkingexperience,theemployeeisentitledtowithdrawtheaccumulatedretentionbonusatcertainpercentage4.2员工留用基金提取方式methodsofwithdrawing工作年限满2年2years满3年3years满4年4years满5年5years5年以上over5years提取比例Ratiotowithdraw25%50%75%100%100%此处的提取比例指：员工个人留用奖金帐户剩余总金额之比例。Theratiotowithdrawmeans:theRatioofthebalanceinemployee’spersonalretentionbonusaccount.4.3员工留用基金发放形式Waysofpayout以工资形式发放,员工需自行承担个人所得税.Payinthepayroll,individualincometaxwillbededucted.4.4举例解释：Forexample员工A2004年3月5日加入公司，在2006年12月31日结算日时，已工作满2年，2005年4月～2006年3月连续12个月税前基本薪资总额为RMB60000，则从该年起其留用奖金帐户中金额为：（假设薪资不变）EmployeeAjoinedMagnaClosuresonMar.5th,2004,heworkedover2yearsintheCompanytillDec31st,06.FromApril2005toMarch2006,histotalannualsalaryisRMB60,000,thenhisretentionbonuswillbeasfollows(assumehissalaryremainsthesame):1234567明细Terms2004200520062007200820092010年薪Annualsalary60000600006000060000600006000060000存入比例%credittotheaccount10%10%10%10%10%10%10%存入金额Amountintheaccount6000600060006000600060006000帐户余额Balanceintheaccount6000120001500013500937560006000当年可提取比例%paid0025%50%75%100%100%可得到金额Actualpaid003000750010125937560005.职责Responsibility5.1人力资源部负责此留用计划的管理，并负责该计划的解释和更新事项。HRisresponsibleforthemanagementoftheretentionplanandforitsdefinitionandthetimelyupdating.5.2公司保留最终解释权CompanyreservesthefinalrightsofexplanationXXX有限公司人力资源部
