More and more people show great interest and spread discussion warmly on how to improve the students’ listening comprehension skills and the strategy to train students in this aspect. This article discusses the developing of forecast skills in English listening teaching from angle of the forecast skills in 12-microskill.Besides it discuss the use of forecast skills in English listening. Accordance with the time of the listening it divides forecast skills into forecast before listening, forecast while listening and forecast after listening, and also makes a detailed exposition: to improve the listening skills, according to Title to forecast the contents, according to the answer choices, social customs and cultural backgrounds and so on to predict.
