Firstly, based on literature survey and experimental analysis, the detection methods of the three residues in eggs in domestic and foreign countries were sorted out, and their advantages and disadvantages were summarized. Then, by using high-performance liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry and other technical means, combined with experimental research, the detection methods and characteristics of thiamphenicol, florfenicol, and florfenicol amine in eggs were explored, and the influence of commonly used sample processing methods on the detection results was analyzed. Finally, the elimination rules of thiamphenicol and florfenicol in eggs were studied, and the corresponding elimination methods were discussed.【Keywords】eggs; thiamphenicol; florfenicol; florfenicol amine; detection method; elimination rules
