我国义务教育财政政策研究摘要：教育是一个民族实现伟大复兴的基石，是一个国家的立国之本。义务教育是国家统一实施的所有适龄儿童、少年必须接受的教育，是国家必须予以保障的公益性事业。而且，义务教育是推动社会发展的重要因素，更是提升国民素质、弘扬本民族文化、传播人类科技和文化基础知识、提升国家国际竞争力的重要手段义务教育的健康发展必须有强有力的义务教育财政政策作为支撑。我国正处在全面建设小康社会、构建社会主义和谐社会进程当中，在此情况下，需要进一步研究支持我国义务教育发展的财政政策，更好地发挥义务教育在推进社会进步中的重要作用。义务教育政府投入总量不足，近年来，财政性教育经费占 GDP 的比例虽然连续几年增长，但与发达国家甚至发展中国家的投入水平仍相距甚远。本文着眼于我国义务教育的财政政策，主要阐述了当前我国义务教育财政政策的现状分析了义务教育与财政政策二者之间的关系，以及针对现有的财政不足的情况，提出了自己对于我国义务教育财政政策的建议，希望对我国义务教育的健康发展有一些帮助，使我国义务教育的实施更加完善，为祖国发展培养出更多有理想、有道德、有追求的社会主义接班人，进一步实现中国梦，共创和谐社会。关键词：义务教育；财政政策；探究；Abstract: education is the foundation of realizing the great revival, a nation is the soul of a nation's founding.
