摘 要贫困地区农村学前教育事业的发展关系到社会主义新农村的建设,以及国民素质的群体提升。为改善民生,促进国民经济的可持续发展,为实施科教兴国的战略,学前教育就应该受到社会群体的重视。学前教育作为孩子接受教育的初始阶段,其价值不容忽视的。本文是以贵州省毕节市铁匠乡幼儿园的教育现状为例,开展了问卷调查和访谈。研究发现:毕节市铁匠乡幼儿园存在经费投入不足、办园条件差、入园率低、管理不规范、教师队伍薄弱及家长对学前教育重视程度不够等问题。通过对这些问题产生的原因进行分析,提出了一些相关对策,比如说发展贫困地区经济促进学前教育的发展、加大主管部门的职责、增加农村学前教育的投入经费、提高幼儿园管理水平、合理安排师资、对贫困地区家长做好全面的思想工作等。从根本上改变农村学前教育的现状,让我国贫困地区农村的学前教育得以全面发展。关键词:贫困地区;农村学前教育;问题;对策AbstractThe development of rural preschool education in poverty-stricken areas is related to the construction of new socialist countryside. It also could improve the group’s initiations of the national quality. To improve the livelihood of the public, promote the sustainable development of national economy and implement the strategy of developing our country through science and education, preschool education should be brought to the attention of the society. In addition, as the initial stage of a child’s receiving education, its value should not be ignored.This paper will take the present situation of a kindergarten at blacksmith town, BiJie city in GuiZhou province for example, carrying out the questionnaire investigation and interview, which have found out some problems, mainly including this kindergarten’s deficient funds, the poor condition, the low enrollment rate, the nonstandard management, the teachers with scarce capacity and the low degree of preschool education toward children of their parents.
