年产 10 万吨酒精工厂发酵车间设计年产 10 万吨酒精工厂发酵车间设计摘要本工厂的设计主要有生产工艺流程设计,生产设备设计与选型;也进行了物料的衡算、供水以及供气的计算。本工厂的生产规模是年产 10 万吨的酒精。根据酒精的生产方法的优缺点比较,本厂采用生物发酵的方法进行酒精生产,发酵法是指用微生物进行发酵产生酒精,在生产过程副产物比较少,在很多方面都有应用。在生产原料上是采用木薯干淀粉质原料。在综合了每个工艺步骤的优缺点,最终采用混合冷却连续糖化工艺,连续蒸煮工艺,大罐斜底连续发酵,三塔蒸馏等生产方法。最后根据生产流程和设备的设计与选型,画出了发酵车间的布置图和发酵罐的设计图。关键词:酒精;酒精工艺流程设计;物料衡算;淀粉质原料北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of fermentation workshop with an annual capacity of 100,000 tonsABSTRACTThe design of this factory mainly includes the design of production process flow, the design and selection of production equipment; also the calculation of material balance, water supply and gas supply.
