、广东省卫生资源配置效率评价分析【摘要】本文通过研究和讨论广东省的卫生资源配置现状，运用数据包络分析（data envelopment analysis，DEA）对其效率进行剖析。研究发现，从纵向上看，该领域人力，物力资源逐年递增，总体达到的效率较高；从横向上看，在广东省各市效率差异较大，大多城市在卫生资源配置方面存在产出不够和投入冗余的现象。各市应结合实际整合资源，合理分配布局；施行区域规划，完善卫生与健康服务机构的运行机制和管理系统，实现高效率资源利用。【关键词】数据包络分析 卫生资源 资源配置 效率评价分析Evaluation and analysis of health resource allocation efficiency in Guangdong province[Abstract] This paper studies and discusses the current situation of health resource allocation in Guangdong province, and USES data envelopment analysis (DEA) to analyze its efficiency. It is found that from the vertical perspective, the manpower and material resources in this field increase year by year and the overall efficiency is high. From a horizontal perspective, among the 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong province, there is a big difference in allocation efficiency, and most cities have the phenomena of insufficient output and redundant input in health resource allocation.
