摘 要随着人民生活水平的提高，人们对生活品质的追求也在不断提升。同时，在经济全球化大背景下，各国之间的贸易往来愈发频繁，进出口货物运输量呈递增趋势。基于消费层的跨境购物方面可以看出给进口物流带来重大发展机遇。然而，从我国进口物流发展的现有情况看，进口物流业务存在成本过高、信息化建设不足、国际物流贸易专业人才缺失、运输方式有限等问题，使得行业整体在软硬件方面的承载能力与跨境进口贸易需求之间存在断层，长久下去，既不利于跨境贸易的开展也不利于物流行业的发展。本文以沈阳远达供应链管理有限公司为研究对象，基于“现状--问题--对策”的研究思路对案例企业进行深入分析。首先从经营成本、信息化建设、运输方式和物流人才这四个方面概括公司进口物流现状；其次，通过数据调查法和文献分析法等研究方法分析该公司在进口物流方面存在的相关问题及产生问题的原因；最后，通过理论思考与实际研讨，对该公司存在的问题提出相应的解决策略。在为该公司进口物流业务提供经营建议的同时也希望对其他同类企业具有借鉴意义。关键词：进口物流； 经营成本； 信息化建设； 运输方式； 人才AbstractWith the improvement of people's living standard, people's pursuit of quality life is constantly improving.
