北京市城市规划的绿地系统研究

北京市城市规划的绿地系统讨论MOZHENCHUN【摘要】北京市城市布局独具特色，其城市绿地系统总体规划基本框架 为“两轴、三环、十楔、多园”。据此框架，北京市的城市绿地系统规划应坚持通过对不同空间层次、不同类型的绿地进行定性、定量、定位，充分营建绿色生态基质，为北京市制造一个优美的自然生态背景。【关键词】城市绿地系统；绿地系统规划；绿化率；北京市URBAN GREENLAND SYSTEM PLANNING IN BEIJING CITYMO ZhenchunABSTRACT: Beijing city green space system layout structure has its own unique. The basic frame of Beijing city green space system layout structure is “two axis, three rings, ten wedges”. According to this frame, Beijing city green space system layout structure should insist on the qualitative quantitative and positioning analyses which can be used in different spatial level and different types of green space. Fully construct the green ecological matrix to create beautiful natural environment for Beijing city.KEYWORDS: urban green space system; green space system planning; Greening rate; Beijing city 1 北京市绿地系统的现状与问题1.1 现状近年来，随着北京市城市绿化建设的全面推动，特别是隔离地区绿化、万米大绿地建设、城市道路绿化、水系绿化等多项工程的实施，北京市区绿化有了很大进展。截至 2025 年底，森林覆盖率为 37.6%，林木绿化率为 54%，城市绿化率为45.6%，城镇人均公园绿地增加到 15.3m2。然而，北京全市绿地面积仍处于较低水平状态，相对于整个北京市而言，绿地在市区的分布更是稀少，在三环之后，绿地面积量才有了一定水平的提升（图 1、图 2）。图 1 北京市全市绿地分布现状Fig.1 Green distribution status of Beijing city图 2 北京市区绿地分布现状Fig.2 Green distribution status of Beijing city center1.2 比较讨论1.2.1 绿地规模比较资料显示，2025 年，欧美及亚洲 20 个主要城市人均公共绿地面积为 37.2m2，其中巴西利亚 100m2 人，华沙 90m2/人，堪培拉和维也纳 70m2/人，斯德哥尔摩68.3m2/人。据世界主要城市统计，有 70%的城市人均公共绿地达到了 10m2/人，远远超过了北京目前 8.68m2/人...
