论股份制商业银行与国有制银行的用工差异化分析研究 财务会计学专业

论股份制商业银行与国有制银行的用工差异化内容提要：随着市场经济的发展和我国金融市场的不断完善，银行作为金融产业的代表取得了巨大的进步，规模和数量上都较改革开放以前有了很大的发展。随着我国市场经济制度的深化改革和我国企业的股份制改革以后，银行已从计划经济时代的完全国有走向了股份制的形式。目前，我国金融市场上国有制银行和股份制银行共存。随着金融市场竞争的加剧和我国加入 WTO 以后，银行面对的压力和挑战日益剧增。，这这个过程中，一些体制和机制上的问题日渐暴露出来，这些问题在股份制银行和国有银行有着不同的体现。本文将就国有制银行和股份制银行在用工制度上的差异进行对比研究，并找出二者存在的弊端，综合二者在用工制度上的优势，对今后银行的用工制度发展提出一些意见和建议。关键词：股份制银行 国有制银行 人力资源管理 用工制度Abstract：With the development of market economy and the continuous improvement of our financial markets, banks as a representative of the financial industry has made tremendous progress over the size and quantity, and has made a great development before the reform and opening up. With the deepening reform of market economic system and the joint-stock reform of China's enterprises, banks has transformed from the state-owned banks to a new form of joint-stock. Currently, the state-owned Bank of China's financial markets and joint-stock banks coexist. As the hard competition after joining the financial markets and the participating to WTO, banks faces higher pressures and challenges. In this process, some issues on system and mechanism increasingly exposed, these problems have different expression on joint-stock banks and state-owned banks.
