Among them, fiber-degrading bacteria can effectively degrade plant cellulose and hemicellulose, thereby providing enough energy and nutrients for microorganisms in the rumen. Therefore, the study of rumen fiber-degrading bacteria is of great significance for further improving the level of animal husbandry production.The aim of this study is to isolate, identify and preserve 32 strains of rumen fiber degrading bacteria, establish a bacterial strain library, and provide basic data and experimental methods for the study of rumen microbiota function and mechanism of action.In this study, the bacteria isolated from the rumen of different animals such as cattle, sheep and horses were identified and analyzed by sample inoculation, sequence analysis and enzyme activity measurement.
