Firstly, a highly efficient luciferase detection system is established by transfecting cells with a luciferase reporter gene. Then, different virus models are used to validate the feasibility of the method in vitro, and the conditions for drug screening are determined, including drug concentration and treatment time. Finally, multiple potential antiviral drugs are screened using this method, and preliminary drug characteristic assessments are conducted, including cell toxicity and drug efficacy analysis.The expected results are to establish a convenient, efficient, reliable and scalable antiviral drug screening method, to mine more antiviral drugs, and to provide reference and support for the development of new antiviral drugs.Keywords: luciferase reporter gene; antiviral drugs; in vitro screening
