冶金公司的配矿计划摘要 本文选取矿点的配矿量及各矿点的平均品位为切入点,建立了优化模型,以混合配矿后的平均品位为评判标准,给出了各个矿点应该配矿的吨数,解决了多少配矿量获得公司最佳效益的实际问题。 首先,利用 Lingo 软件建立优化模型,求解出了在 14 个矿点应配矿量,从而达到最大的经济效益,最终解出最优值为 141.92 万吨。通过结果可以看出除了第一矿点外,其余的 13 个矿点均可全部提取,则发现第一矿点铜的品味值最低。在其他矿点全部提取后铜的平均品位都高于 45%,只有第一矿点的配矿量对最后的平均品位影响最大,所以解出第一矿点应少于 31.120 万吨才可以使最终的配矿平均品位值不小于 45%并利用 Lingo 进行了灵敏度分析,解决了公司最佳效益的实际经济问题。总之,综合了各方面的考虑,比较符合实际,因此在以后的现实生活中也有比较大的利用价值。关键词 配矿量 平均铜品位 Lingo 灵敏度Ore distribution plan of Metallurgical CompanyAbstract In this paper , a series of optimization models are established by selecting the ore distribution quantity and the average grade of each ore point as the starting point. Taking the average grade after mixed ore distribution as the evaluation standard, the tonnage of each ore point that should be distributed is given, and the practical problem of how much ore distribution quantity can obtain the best benefit of the company is solved.First , LINGO software was used to build an optimization model and calculate the ore quantity of 14 sites. The best value is 141.9 million tons.
