悬式绝缘子内部人工缺陷的相控阵超声波检测策略研究摘要: 针对利用传统方法对复合绝缘子内部缺陷进行检测,不仅检出率不高,而且所表现出的灵敏度也不显著,亦或为操作时间过长,并且过程相对复杂。本篇论文,旨在借助于超声波相控阵检测法的作用,针对现有的空心悬式绝缘子当中,所存在的一系列问题,进行科学合理的综合检测。本文之初,旨在针对相控阵超声波在检测过程中的基本原理,进行相对深入的细致阐述。然后深入分析平板硅橡胶破损缺陷和芯棒贯穿式钻孔缺陷的图像特征。实验结果表明,当针对前者进行检测时,需要将检测面放置于水平状态,使得探头能契合硅橡胶来实现反复扫查,以此来表现出相对较高的检出效率。除此之外,当针对后者进行检测时,因为当借助于扇扫边缘进行检测的情况下,往往会受到来源于旁瓣的实际影响,故而成像往往并不清晰,无法表现出良好的检出效率。关键词:悬式绝缘子、缺陷检测、相控超声波中图分类号:AAAAAStudy on phased array ultrasonic detection strategy for internal artificial defects of suspended insulatorsAAAA1,AAAA1(1.AAAAAAAAA AAAAA AAA AAAAA)Abstract: In view of the problems such as low detection rate, poor sensitivity, complex, time-consuming and destructive steps, or too high detection conditions required by traditional methods to detect the internal defects of composite insulators, this paper USES ultrasonic phased array detection method to detect the internal artificial defects of hollow suspension insulators.
