摘 要抗挫折能力是衡量个体心理健康的一项重要指标,幼儿期是人格建构的关键期,幼儿期抗挫能力的发展是形成个体健全人格不可或缺的一部分。当前,父母观念上不重视孩子挫折教育、对挫折教育理解认知浅薄等因素导致对孩子挫折教育的忽视,使得幼儿面对挫折时常常不知所措、逃避、不知如何排解挫折所带来的不良情绪等问题。因此,父母加强自身对挫折教育理念的重视和对其内涵的深入理解,并以自身榜样作用、随机给幼儿进行挫折教育等做法来适当提升幼儿抗挫能力水平。关键词:幼儿;抗挫能力;挫折教育;策略AbstractAnti-frustration ability is an important factor to measure mental health,early childhood is a critical period of personality formation.The development of anti-frustration ability in early childhood is an indispensable part of forming an individual’s healthy personality.Currently,parents do not attach importance to the idea of frustration education and have a shallow understanding of frustration education.These factors lead to the neglect of children’s frustration education and children are often overwhelmed when faced with frustrations.So,childhood do not how to resolve bad emotions caused by frustrations.Therefor,parents should strengthen their own emphasis on frustration education and have a deep understanding of its connotation.
