北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计.水泥窑协同处置中山市皓闽电镀有限公司含重金属污泥水泥窑协同处置中山市皓闽电镀有限公司含重金属污泥摘 要电镀行业是我国比较常见的生产营业过程中会有危险废物产生的行业之一。电镀污泥是指电镀行业中废水处理后产生的含重金属污泥废弃物,被列入国家危险废物名单中的第十七类危险废物。本文针对电镀污泥的处置常用工艺进行了简单介绍,并对中山市皓闽电镀有限公司的污泥处理方案进行设计。本文对利用水泥窑协同处置危险废物的现状和进展有所阐述,结合电镀含重金属污泥的特性,选择能合理处置电镀污泥的方案。内容涵盖所用的预处理工艺、投料装置、经过窑尾分解炉焚烧后重金属的处理情况以及检测用的辅助设备清算。关键词:水泥窑协同处置、危险废物、电镀污泥、重金属、浆渣系统北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Co-process the sluge containing heavy metals of Haomin Electroplating Co. Electroplating sludge refers to heavy metal sludge waste generated after wastewater treatment in the electroplating industry and is included in the 17th category of hazardous waste in the national hazardous waste list.This article briefly introduces the commonly used technology for the disposal of electroplating sludge, and designs the sludge treatment scheme of Zhongshan Haomin Electroplating Co., Ltd. This article describes the current status and progress of co-processing of hazardous wastes using cement kilns.
